Regulation 50 (e ) of UCR 2016 applies as this supply by the original supplier is intended as the extension of existing supplies or installations, and to change our current supply would oblige the NTL to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance.
