two.2.4) Description of the procurementII.2.4) Description of the procurementWessex Water have a requirement to take water samples for testing BOD (biological oxygen demand) and ammonia at the Company?s laboratories using autosamplers. The initial expectation is to capture three storm events and two dry weather flow (DWF) days in summer months in the vicinity of each of the monitoring sites where sondes have been installed (the Lot 1 requirement).
There are two elements to this:
- Supply, installation and maintenance of autosamplers.
- Collection of samples and delivery to one of our depots (each catchment is within 10km of a relevant depot).
