Explanation:
The Contractor has intellectual property rights of all footage filmed to date.  Footage captured by the Contractor, both historic and future, will become part of the Grenfell Digital Memorial.  This contract will ensure the acquisition of retrospective footage, which will form a key part of the digital memorial design.
